1. Delete data from inside Roocast
Connected accounts. Open Connected accounts in Roocast and choose Disconnect next to the account. We delete its access tokens and profile details straight away and cancel any posts scheduled to it.
Videos. Delete any video from Videos. Its files are removed from our storage.
Your whole account. Email [email protected] from the address you sign in with. We delete your account and everything in it within 30 days and confirm by email.
2. Remove Roocast from Facebook or Instagram
You can also remove Roocast from your Facebook account: go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, select Roocast and choose Remove. Facebook then tells us to delete what we received from it.
When that happens we delete every Facebook Page and Instagram account you connected through that Facebook login, with their access tokens and profile details, and cancel their scheduled posts. Facebook shows you a confirmation code; you can check its status on this page.
3. What we keep
Payment records required by law (amounts, dates and Paystack references) are kept for as long as the law requires. Nothing received from Facebook, Instagram, YouTube or TikTok is kept after a deletion.
