How do I get paid?
Each event has its own wallet. After your session you can withdraw the balance straight to your bank — no monthly minimums, no waiting periods.
What does Roocast cost?
Roocast is free to set up — no monthly fees and no setup fees. A small platform fee is added on top of each ticket sold and passed transparently to the buyer. Standard card processing fees also apply on the transaction.
Can attendees share their access link?
Each ticket binds to the first device that joins. If anyone tries to use the same ticket on a second device, they're locked out — your revenue stays protected.
What if I need to cancel or refund a session?
You can issue full or partial refunds in one click from the event control center. The refund is returned to the buyer's original payment method automatically.
How does the live room work?
