Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Roocast. By using the platform you agree to be bound by them.

1. Service

Roocast provides software for high-ticket cohort coaches to qualify, charge, schedule, and host live sessions with applicants.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for the activity that happens under your account. Magic-link tokens are single-use and expire after 20 minutes.

3. Payments

Attendee payments are processed by Flutterwave. Roocast charges a per-attendee platform fee disclosed at acceptance time. Coaches always receive their offer price net.

4. Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload (intake questions, descriptions, recordings, summaries). You grant Roocast a license to host and display this content as needed to operate the service.

5. Conduct

Don't use Roocast to harass, defraud, or harm anyone. We may suspend accounts that violate this rule.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

7. Liability

Roocast is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
