1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Roocast (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Session Hosting
Hosts set their own session prices. Roocast charges a 10% platform fee on each booking. Host earnings are transferred directly via Flutterwave upon payment confirmation. Roocast does not hold funds on behalf of hosts.
4. Payments & Refunds
All payments are processed through Flutterwave. Refunds may be initiated by the session host within the applicable refund window. Roocast is not responsible for payment processing delays.
5. Content & Conduct
Users must not upload or share illegal, harmful, or infringing content. Roocast reserves the right to remove content and terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
Roocast is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
