This policy explains what data Roocast collects and how we use it.
What we collect
- Account data: email, name, handle, avatar, bio, hourly rate, timezone.
- Application data: answers applicants submit through your intake form.
- Payment metadata: transaction references and amounts (we never store card numbers — those live with Flutterwave).
- Meeting data: room IDs, session start/end times, AI-generated summaries, transcript URLs.
What we don't collect
- We don't record video. 100ms streams the live session; nothing is persisted as recorded video.
- We don't sell or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.

- Cloudinary (avatar storage)
- xAI / Grok (AI vetting and question generation; only the offer + answers go to Grok)
Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your account exists. Delete your account to delete it.
