Music industry conference BigSound 2006 is about to be held in Brisbane on October 18-20. This is a combined effort from Q Music (Queensland's peak body for the music industry) and Roocast friend AIR (Australian Independent Record Labels Association).

The conference is especially tailored for the independent label and artist, Thursday's AIR Independent Label Summit in particular.

Roocast will be on hand keeping you in the loop on all the latest bands that are showcasing at the conference plus keynote presentations. The conference should be a fantastic venue to see what Indie labels and artists in Australia are doing to take advantage of the opportunities that "going digital" can provide.
